✦ When will my item ship out?
Mail goes out twice a week (Saturdays & Tuesdays). Any order placed before then will go out those days.
✦ Returns/Exchange?
We do not accept returns/exchanges. All sales are final.
✦ X item is sold out. When will it restock?
Items usually get restocks during con season (March-August) unless the item has a "final/last stock" in title or description. Restocks will be announced on my IG story
✦ When will I get my preorder?
Preorders will have an estimated date of shipment in their descriptions.
