All orders will take 10 business days or less to be shipped unless stated otherwise in the listings' description.

 

✦How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Shipping is based on the size, weight and the destination. You can see the shipping total before finalizing your order. The cost does not include any customs or duty fees your country may charge.

All orders are shipped with USPS. These are estimated time frames and NOT Guaranteed shipping times. Please keep in mind USPS is currently having major delays due to the pandemic. The times will vary from what's provided below.

✦Do you ship internationally?

For the most part yes. If you’re from the UK please order from my etsy. If you see something from this shop but not on my Etsy shop please contact me. Please check the USPS website for shipping location restrictions.

 

✦Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns and exchanges.

  

✦When will preorder items ship?

Preorder items will have an estimated shipping time in the description. Estimated times may change.

 

✦How will my preorder ship if I order in stock items?

All orders containing preorders will be shipped out once the preorder item is in stock. Please order the preorder product separately to avoid any shipping delays if you want to order any products that are in stock.

 

✦Is there tracking for my order?

All orders except letter mail will have a tracking number.

 

✦My shipping address is wrong. Can you fix it?

If you notice your address is wrong please let me know ASAP. It is out of our control to change it If your package was already shipped. We are not responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address.

✦Can you combine my orders?

At this time we can not combine orders.

✦My package went missing/tracking isn’t updating

We are NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages. Once your package reaches the mail it is no longer in our control. It is your responsibility to contact your local PO If there are delivery complications with your package.

 

✦International custom fees?

The customer is responsible for any international custom fees. We do not hold responsibility for any potential fees/taxes/duties.
